Before we managed to lure him to Mustard, Adam had spent eight years switching between Amsterdam and London in various roles at the global market research industry trade association, ESOMAR.
Having cut his data teeth on endless scrolls of Excel as a forecast analyst for Vertex Data Science, Adam moved to Amsterdam with nothing more than a bag of clothes and a pocket full of dreams. There he joined ESOMAR firstly in sales, before moving into the marketing team. Here he worked on developing products such as the ESOMAR Directory and created RW Connect, ESOMAR’s online magazine, which he went on to edit for four years. Most recently he was the marketing and digital communications manager for the organisation, bringing with him a strong eye for strategy and understanding of the role of analytics in marketing and communications.
