Building brand awareness (and sales leads) for a leading sensory research company

QRS were looking to build awareness in the flavour, fragrance and personal care sector and promote the agency as leading innovators in the field.

We worked with sensory researcher Q Research Services for two years, before their merger with Tragon.

Through the Mustard strategic process, we developed a communications plan, and worked with QRS on a number of projects that explored innovation in sensory research, including gamification, neuroscience and implicit testing.

We came up with ideas, developed content, wrote blogs, features and white papers and packaged and pitched ideas to the trade media.

The resulting coverage generated leads and enquiries leading to over $260k in direct and indirect sales for the company.
