Driving strategy and activation for JP Morgan Chase Insights

The insights team at JP Morgan, Chase & Co had defined a new strategy and wanted to ensure it was effectively communicated and activated throughout the business.

We facilitated an immersive workshop at their annual strategy meeting to define a communications strategy and behaviours that would achieve their vision. We focused on three critical areas: empowering people, elevating services and amplifying communication.
